3. Only rectangular and L-shaped refrigeration panels can be manufactured. If your refrigeration structure has slopes or arcs, you can make larger thermal storage panels to cut on-site or reduce the size of the refrigerator.
4. The cold storage board has a smooth appearance, is easy to manage and maintain, can be used for cleaning and cleaning, and meets Chinese food hygiene requirements. The thermal insulation layer formed by spray painting of polyurethane cold storage is exposed to the atmosphere, and the surface is not smooth, which is not helpful for cleaning, and falling objects can easily contaminate food. Even if it is covered by a metal plate, the integrated cold storage plate is not so easy to use and practical.
5. Polyurethane spray cold storage can be used to bring the insulation closer to the interior of the building, but only if the refrigeration plant is built indoors, or if a civil engineering structure is used in an outdoor refrigeration project. Often, painted refractories are not as practical and cost-effective as refrigeration panels, so modern refrigeration projects mostly rely on convenient and practical refrigeration panels. However, the advantage of spray paint is that many customers choose polyurethane spray paint because of their greater cooling space and full utilization of building space.
