Pneumatic or hydraulic PU spray machine: which one?
Four pneumatic models — JYYJ-3H, JYYJ-A-V3, JYYJ-Q300, JYYJ-3D — run at 11–28 MPa and need a site air compressor at 0.5–1 MPa. JYYJ-3H is the only 380V single-phase unit in the range for a small crew; JYYJ-3D adds a metering timer for time-set and quantity-set dosing, so it can pour into a mold as well as spray.
Six hydraulic models — JYYJ-H600, JYYJ-H600PK, JYYJ-H-V6, JYYJ-H-V6T, JYYJ-H-V8, JYYJ-H-V8T — all reach 36 MPa on 380V three-phase power. Only the hydraulic range is rated for polyurea in addition to PU foam. JYYJ-H-V8 and JYYJ-H-V8T reach the highest output at 2–15 kg/min; JYYJ-H600PK and JYYJ-H-V8T add a 10-inch touchscreen PLC, JYYJ-H-V6T has a touchscreen, and the rest use button-and-dial control.
One-line guide: occasional building insulation spraying → pneumatic. Full-time spray crew, polyurea protective coating, or continuous daily runs → hydraulic.

What a PU spray machine is used for
- Building insulation — roof, wall and cold storage panel spraying, with the pneumatic or hydraulic range.
- Polyurea and protective coatings — the six hydraulic 36 MPa models (JYYJ-H600, H600PK, H-V6, H-V6T, H-V8, H-V8T).
- Foam filling and cast-in-place parts — JYYJ-3D’s metering timer sets a fixed feed time and quantity for pouring as well as spraying.

What is the difference between a PU spray machine and a PU foam pouring machine?
A spray machine heats the material to a hose and gun for open-face application on roofs, walls and tanks. A pouring/casting machine feeds mixed material into a mold — JYYJ-3D on this page does both, spraying and pouring, with its metering timer.
Do I need a pneumatic or hydraulic PU spray machine?
See the comparison above: pneumatic for occasional insulation spraying, hydraulic for full-time crews, polyurea coating or continuous daily runs.
Can it spray polyurea?
The six hydraulic models (36 MPa) are rated for PU foam and polyurea. The pneumatic models are built for PU foam; JYYJ-Q300 also handles light coatings.
What power supply is required?
JYYJ-3H runs on 380V single-phase and JYYJ-3D on 220V single-phase; every other model in the range runs on 380V three-phase. Heating power runs from 7.5 kW (JYYJ-3D) up to 26 kW on the hydraulic models.
How long is the heated hose?
Standard heated hose is 15 m on JYYJ-H-V8 and JYYJ-H-V8T. JYYJ-H-V6 and JYYJ-H-V6T support up to 105 m, JYYJ-A-V3 up to 75 m, and JYYJ-3D ships with 15–60 m heating pipe.
