Two Components System
Focusing on precise metering and efficient mixing of A/B materials, it offers easy operation and low maintenance, making it suitable for conventional processes such as polyurethane casting and filling. Compared to three-component high-pressure presses, it offers a more compact structure and lower investment. Unlike cyclopentane high-pressure presses, it does not require an explosion-proof system, making operation safer and less stressful. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized production capacities and multi-scenario applications.
Cyclopentane Series
The cyclopentane high pressure foam machine is a foaming machine specifically designed for the refrigerator, freezer, and insulated box industries. It is suitable for use with blowing agent systems such as cyclopentane and isopentane. Because cyclopentane is flammable, the equipment is designed with safety features such as an explosion-proof system, nitrogen protection, and explosion venting devices to ensure efficient and safe production.
Multicomponent System
Multi-component high-pressure presses are an upgraded version of two-component systems, typically supporting three-component, four-component, or even higher-component systems. They precisely meter and mix different raw materials (polyols, isocyanates, blowing agents, additives, pigments, etc.) on demand, making them ideal for production scenarios requiring high formulation flexibility.

Large Component Foam Press Applications
Large parts change what a high pressure foaming line has to do. When a coldroom panel, a garage door leaf or a long decorative cornice is foamed, the reacting mix expands across a wide area at once, and without restraint the part bows, the skin ripples and thickness drifts from one end to the other. That is why large components are foamed in a foam press: the mould sits in a press-type mould carrier that clamps the part flat and holds it dimensionally stable through the whole rise and cure, then releases it as a finished panel or profile.
The large component work this machine is built for:
- Coldroom and sandwich panels – continuous large-format boards where core density has to stay even over several square metres of surface.
- Garage doors – a full door leaf foamed in one shot, with the press keeping the steel skins parallel so the panel stays flat after demoulding.
- Decorative cornices and mouldings – long slender parts where the press guarantees a straight, sharp profile along the full length.
High-pressure foam (HF) metering is what makes this repeatable on big shots. A high-flow mixing head plus accurate metering pumps deliver a large volume in a short, controlled shot, so the polyol and isocyanate stay on ratio from the first second to the last and the mix reaches the far corners of the mould before the cream time ends. The result on large components is uniform density across the whole area, a smooth closed surface and shot-to-shot consistency that PLC control records and repeats.

High-Frequency 3D Foam Press Production
A high frequency 3D foam press machine line combines high-pressure mixing and pouring with press-formed shaping, so a flat substrate leaves the line as a finished three-dimensional part. Our high pressure PU foaming machine feeds the mould with a self-cleaning L- or T-type mixing head; the metered polyol and isocyanate streams are dosed shot after shot in high-frequency continuous production, and the closed mould presses the rising foam against the 3D relief while it cures. Because each shot is metered by flowmeter rather than by time, the density of a 3D foam panel stays consistent from the first press to the last one of the shift.
Which model to use depends on shot weight and cycle time. For decorative 3D panels and small press-formed cushions, the SPU-HS2-400 covers a flow range of 80-400 L/min, which suits fast repeat shots on a multi-station press. For continuous 3D panel lines and large sandwich panels, the SPU-HS2-3750 delivers 750-3750 L/min and keeps up with a moving laminating and pressing conveyor. Both use Gelanrex metering pumps and KRACHT flowmeters, so the high frequency dosing stays accurate at the top of the flow range.
Typical output from this configuration: 3D decorative wall and ceiling panels, shaped and profiled foam parts, insulated sandwich panels with a moulded surface, and press-formed cushion and seating blanks.
