An important aspect of the maintenance of polyurethane foam equipment is cleaning. When cleaning the equipment, pay attention to the following points:
1. Polyurethane equipment heating pipe:
When the spraying is finished, press the pressure release button (PARK), and then fire the gun to release the pressure to about 500-700psi. Pressure relief can be stopped. Because when there is a certain pressure in the pipe, the moisture in the air will not easily enter the pipe, which ensures that the raw materials will not be affected by the humid air, and the material A will not deteriorate or crystallize in the pipe; helps a lot.
2. Material A pumping pump of polyurethane equipment:
After use, clean its appearance with a cleaning agent, and then put it into a protective casing with a cleaning agent for the main engine to seal it, so as to prevent a small amount of isocyanate components from reacting with moisture in the air, causing the feed The speed slows down, the pumping ratio is out of balance, and the proportional pump is empty.
3. Cleaning of polyurethane equipment:
If the interval between the completion of this construction and the next construction reaches more than 30 days, the entire material A system must be thoroughly cleaned and sealed.
4. Polyurethane foaming equipment (pu foaming machine) proportional cylinder:
During the normal operation of the polyurethane foam machine, pay attention to the self-cleaning system of the A material cylinder, whether the circulating cleaning liquid is circulating normally, whether the cleaning liquid has been turbid, crystallized, etc., if there is abnormal circulation, check whether the cleaning liquid pipe is blocked , or check whether there is crystallization in the material cylinder A; if the circulating fluid is turbid and crystallized, it needs to be replaced in time.
