Principle
Hydraulic oil from the vane pump to form a certain pressure, through the oil filter, flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, liquid control check valve, balance valve into the lower end of the liquid cylinder, so that the piston of the liquid cylinder upward movement, lifting heavy objects, the upper end of the liquid cylinder back to the tank through the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, its rated pressure through the relief valve for adjustment, through the pressure gauge to observe the pressure gauge reading value.
The piston of the liquid cylinder moves downwards (both the weight descends). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof solenoid valve, and the lower end of the cylinder returns to the tank through the balance valve, the liquid-controlled check valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof solenoid valve. In order to make the weight fall smoothly, the brake is safe and reliable, a balancing valve is set up on the return oil circuit to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the falling speed is not changed by the weight, and the throttle valve regulates the flow and controls the lifting speed. In order to make the braking safe and reliable and to prevent accidents, the hydraulic control check valve, i.e. hydraulic lock, is added to ensure safe self-locking in case of accidental bursting of the hydraulic line. An overload audible alarm is installed to distinguish between overload or equipment failure.
