PU foaming machine is Polyurethane continuous panel production line dedicated product, it is suitable for high flame retardant composite material.  This machine has high repeat injection precision, even mixing, stable performance, easy operation, and high production efficiency, etc.

  • Double crawler mainframe:

    In the manufacture of high quality polyurethane composite board equipments, double crawler mainframe is the most important core equipment, it is the third key step to produce high quality composite board. It mainly includes the following parts: 1) crawler board, 2) transmission system, and 3) skeleton guide rail system, 4) up and down lifting hydraulic lock system, 5) side seal module system.

    Upper(lower)laminating conveyor:

    laminating conveyor is crawler type, consisted of conveyor frame, conveyor chain, chain plate, and guide rail.The machine frame is closed-in construction, which adopts high-quality steel welding processing with de-stressing treatment, high precision guide rail is installed on the laminating machine frame for supporting rolling bearing on conveyor chain nodes. In order to improve the guide surface wear-resisting performance of guide surface, it adopts GCr15 alloy steel material, surface hardness HRC55 ~ 60 °.

    Hydraulic lifting and holding device:

    Hydraulic elevator and the holding device consists of hydraulic system, the upper press direction positioning device, used for the elevating , positioning and pressure holding of upper conveyor.
